Christian Altman, E-PHAP student, has published an op-ed article in the Louisville Courier Journal that he wrote as part of Associate Professor Katy Kozhimannil’s course, PubH 6835 Principles of Health Policy. Altman is a physician practicing in Louisville, and is conducting a comprehensive assessment of the consequences of Kentucky’s ban on clean needle exchange for his master’s project.
The article argues for a lift on Kentucky’s clean needle exchange ban.
