Elliott Wortham ‘15, Hannah Johnson ‘15 and Kent “K.C.” Nate ‘15 competed against 38 U.S. and Canadian teams to place third in the UAB Health Administration Case Competition, Feb. 25-27, Birmingham, Ala.

The team analyzed a case surrounding the development of a comprehensive respiratory center for University of Colorado Health. Their recommendations included a plan to retain thoracic inpatient volume, build outpatient respiratory services, and develop an operational and financial plan.
