Executive Public Health Administration & Policy (MPH)

Executive Health Care Administration (MHA)
The Executive MHA program offers the opportunity for professionals to continue working while advancing their leadership capabilities. This program is also offered through King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Distance Public Health Administration & Policy (D-PHAP) (MPH)
The Distance Public Health Administration & Policy (D-PHAP) MPH program is tailored to students who have recently completed an undergraduate degree and to individuals returning to school after time in the workforce. The program is completed entirely online so students from anywhere in the world may participate.
Doctoral Degrees
Health Services Research, Policy & Administration (PhD)
Designed to train students to be researchers and teachers in the public health field, this program provides more quantitative and research methodologies than other national programs. More than 50 percent of its graduates hold academic teaching and research positions.
PhD Minor in Health Services Research, Policy & Administration
This minor is for doctoral students in other University of Minnesota programs.
PhD Minor in Health Services Research, Policy & Administration: Focus in Health Economics
This minor is designed for students in other University of Minnesota departments/programs. Its courses apply microeconomic theory to the main economic issues in the health care sector.
Joint Degrees
Joint degree programs contain shared coursework with the partner degree, enabling students to complete two degrees in less time than if they were pursued separately.
Non-Degree Programs
Healthcare Management Certificate
This certificate program includes the core courses of the Executive MHA but is geared for individuals who do not desire a full MHA.
