Healthy Futures Summit and 75th Anniversary Gala attendees at a courtesy rate of $159/per night. This rate will be available until November 15, 2019. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as these rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis.

Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations online.

Attendees can also make reservations over the phone. Please call 612-379-8888, press “1” for reservations and ask for the UM Public Health Dec. 2019 Room Block.

Photography and Video Recording Policy

By registering for and attending the Healthy Futures Summit and 75th Anniversary Gala, you grant the University of Minnesota School of Public Health (UMN SPH) and its authorized representatives permission to film, photograph or otherwise record your participation in the event.

You further agree that such images, photographs, and recording may be used by UMN SPH without your prior approval in any form and or any lawful purpose including, without limitation, promoting UMN SPH. Such use will not entitle you to any credit or compensation. You release UMNSPH, its officers, and employees from any liability connected with the use of any images, photograph, or recording taken during UMN SPH’s Healthy Futures Summit and 75th Anniversary Gala.

Courtesies and Attire

To make the Healthy Futures Summit an enjoyable event for all attendees, please refrain from the use of cell phones during all presentations and sessions, and turn your cell phone to vibrate or off.

In order to accommodate environmental sensitivities of some of our attendees, if at all possible, please do not wear scented products while attending the Summit, especially the sessions.

Attire
Since it is difficult to adjust meeting room temperatures to suit individual preferences, please bring a sweater/jacket or wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.

Healthy Futures Summit. The suggested attire for the Healthy Futures Summit is business casual.

75th Anniversary Gala. The suggested attire for the Anniversary Gala is semi-formal.
