I was involved in the School of Public Health Student Senate, where I met some of my lifelong friends.
For one of our events, we volunteered through Habitat for Humanity. We had a great time socializing, but we also learned about the impact of housing on health, and how important it is to ensure everyone can live in a safe, healthy home.
