Research

Our faculty in epidemiology are tackling important population research questions related to the consequences of aging, emerging infectious diseases, the patterning of behaviors that might put people at risk for chronic disease, and how racism impacts health to name just a few. Not only are we seeking to understand these problems but our faculty are also developing an evidence basis to address these critical issues. Our MPH students have hands-on opportunities to learn the practice of epidemiology working with these researchers.
