APOE4 plays a central role in new Alzheimer’s disease diagnostics and therapeutics, yet the link between APOE4 and Alzheimer’s disease is heavily influenced by ancestry. This talk will discuss the new era of Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis and treatment, how APOE4 play a key role, and why including diverse populations including American Indian communities is critical to ensure equal benefit of new discoveries
