Last year, Minnesota Public Health Corps (MNPHC) launched with 66 AmeriCorps members serving in 37 host sites across Minnesota. The program aims to increase capacity within Minnesota Health Departments and instill an interest in public health among members. We conducted an analysis of member and host site data to understand what factors are associated with increased site capacity within 5 categories (Data Collection and Planning, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Internal Processes and Improvement, Community Engagement and Communications, and COVID).
