Riley Shearer is a MD-PhD student in the Division of Health Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota. Previously, he received a Master’s of Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics, Chemical Engineering, and Biochemistry from Montana State University. His research focuses on substance use, behavioral health, safety-net hospitals, and health disparities.
