Taylor Bucy’s research interests include care transitions across LTSS for medically complex older adults and the ways in which organizational relationships impact care transitions and resident quality of life. She is especially interested in the intersection of long-term care policy and mental health policy. Her dissertation research examines hospital and SNF provider relationships and how these relationships impact post-acute care transitions for older adults with serious mental illness, including SNF admission and discharge to the community.
