The University of Minnesota School of Public Health has been a hub for nutrition and weight-related research for many decades. Beginning with Ancel Keys in the 1930s and continuing through the current day, we have a long tradition of leading paradigm-shifting work, including epidemiological investigations, community-partnered intervention trials, top public health training programs, and more.
Our Healthy Weight Pod will share brief presentations on new and ongoing work across several faculty members. These “flash talks” will be followed by a discussion about where this work may lead in the future.
