Accessibility

The University of Minnesota School of Public Health is committed to making the Healthcare Leadership Symposium accessible to the widest range of people possible to be fully engaged.

Photography and Video Recording Policy

By registering for and attending the Healthcare Leadership Symposium, you grant the University of Minnesota School of Public Health (UMN SPH) and its authorized representatives permission to film, photograph or otherwise record your participation in the event.

You further agree that such images, photographs, and recording may be used by UMN SPH without your prior approval in any form and or any lawful purpose including, without limitation, promoting UMN SPH. Such use will not entitle you to any credit or compensation. You release UMN SPH, its officers, and employees from any liability connected with the use of any images, photograph, or recording taken during UMN Healthcare Leadership Symposium.

To make the Healthcare Leadership Symposium an enjoyable event for all attendees, please refrain from the use of cell phones during all presentations and sessions, and turn your cell phone to vibrate or off.

In order to accommodate environmental sensitivities of some of our attendees, if at all possible, please do not wear scented products while attending the Symposium, especially the sessions.

Attire

Since it is difficult to adjust meeting room temperatures to suit individual preferences, please bring a sweater/jacket or wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.

The suggested attire for the Healthcare Leadership Symposium is business casual.
