Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Email your request to the Planning Team at sphevent@umn.edu on or before November 17, 2019. All refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after November 17, 2019.
Registrants who do not show up for the Healthy Futures Summit or 75th Anniversary Gala and do not contact the School of Public Health (via written correspondence as listed above) will automatically forfeit all paid registration fees unless your inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue.
