Craig Hedberg, PhD, Professor in the Division of Environmental Health Sciences, was featured on WCCO-TV in the news segment, “Good Question: How Does E. Coli Get Into Our Food?”. The segment explored the recent E.Coli outbreak linked with Chipotle restaurants in Washington and Oregon, how E.Coli enters our food supply, and preventative steps that can be taken to reduce the risk of contamination.
