We are grateful for the expertise of the Division of Biostatistics’ Coordinating Center for Biometric Research (CCBR). During the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic. CCBR experts helped put safety and science first in the clinical trial process for COVID-19 vaccines and treatments, and helped the public understand the clinical trial process during a high anxiety time in public health.
