What are the most critical issues to address to attain better disaggregation of data about racial and ethnic subgroups? What are the strategies in research, health practice, and policymaking that can effectively translate priorities into action? Who are the key audiences and decision-makers who must be reached, and what kinds of arguments would be most persuasive?
