Voices in Preparedness: Shaping the Future of Public Health Response
The CDC Office of Readiness and Response selected the University of Minnesota to facilitate the development of a five-year work plan for the Upper Midwest Center for Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response serving Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin and the Tribal Nationals in Region 5. The center will be one of several nationwide that focus on improving the uptake of evidence-based strategies and interventions in public health preparedness and response (PHPR) among state, Tribal, local and territorial public health agencies and their partners.
More information about these listening sessions will be available at a later date.
